What problem were you struggling with before you started working with Pipe?

We explored options like Lighter Capital etc. which cost $ (e.g. they charge you for the legal docs), have ongoing manual reporting requirements, and are expensive from an APR perspective.

Has your original problem been solved? In what way?

We do not have to force our customers into an annual plan but reap the cash flow benefits as if we did. It is a win for our customers and a win for us.

What benefits have you seen now that your problem has been solved?

We can think longer-term about what is best for ourselves and our customers. We can invest more into what is already working but also test new channels.

What is your favorite thing about Pipe?

How easy it is to use and that there is no "work" I need to do. I click buttons and I get cash in my bank account the next day.

What problem were you struggling with before you started working with Pipe?

Trying to collect as much of our committed revenue as fast as possible! The original reason was to normalize collection windows to manage our AP/AR gap.

Yes! They helped us normalize our collection timelines and shorten our AR window.

Increased cash position - which actually drives our ability to negotiate with supply more and with banks for better financing arrangements.

What problem were you struggling with before you started working with Pipe?

Generally speaking, making cash flow more predictable. Pipe has allowed us to streamline cash inflow and bridge the unpredictability of cash flow timing.

Has your original problem been solved? In what way?

Our original problem was imbalanced cash flow and how that impacted our narrow cash burn targets as adjusted for Covid. In practice, we were able to use Pipe to bring forward funds earlier into a fiscal quarter, which in turn relieves pressure from the business later in the quarter.

What benefits have you seen now that your problem has been solved?

Mitigating the unpredictability in cash flow timing has given us the ability to focus on revenue growth and also frees up our teams to operate more independently.

Seamless visibility across all of our customer contracts, including what we can Pipe and what we have Piped.

What problem were you struggling with before you started working with Pipe?

Primarily the need to get growth capital and funding to support sales and marketing costs that were needed to begin the transition to a SaaS company. The transition to a SaaS company was part of our strategic plan to build up the valuation of the company.

Has your original problem been solved? In what way?

Yes, it has. We received a very good discount on the contracts we submitted through Pipe that was comparable to the current line of credit rates at most banks.

What benefits have you seen now that your problem has been solved?

We have paid off our current line of credit, increasing our current ratio for our year-end. We have received working capital without further equity dilution or additional secured borrowings.

Ease of the signup process and ease of use.
