Updated look and feel for Pipe Platform

The Pipe platform has undergone a redesign–now with a light theme and more user-friendly navigation. This was done to reflect our recent brand refresh and to improve visual performance and navigation, based on feedback from our users.
We've updated our default theme: Our new theme is light mode, making it easier to use. P.S. We're aiming to provide a dark theme again in the future.
Our navigation has become simpler: We've changed our menus and made it faster to find what you need, so you can intuitively navigate the Pipe platform.

Improved data disconnection communication and handling

Pipe has shipped a comprehensive update aimed at improving the experience for customers with changes to their data through automated detection and triage.
The new system now automatically detects risk triggers and data connection issues, and alerts the Ratings Team for prompt triage. This provides better communication and a more streamlined path for customers to get back to an active state through clear calls-to-action to mitigate the issue.
These changes have improved the user experience through automated handling of data changes and clearer communication to the impacted customer.

Automated Payoff Letter

It’s now easier and more streamlined to generate and track payoff letters for customers. Now with automated sending of payoff letters and tracking in the Pipe platform, customers can see information about the generated letter's time, status, payoff amount, and balance status.
This new feature also links to the specific payoff letter page inside DocuSign's dashboard, providing easy access to additional information and actions. The goal is to provide a faster and easier way for customers to pay off their outstanding balances and improve their ability to self-serve.
