Access your Pipe trading activity with ease

The Past Trades experience has been replaced with a new Activity page that lets you more intuitively access important activity on Pipe. Now you can easily track your trading history and repayment progress, see the status of specific trades, and quickly access financial statements.
The previous page was limited to trades at the individual contract level, making it hard to get a clear overview of your activity.
To use the new page, you can log in to your Pipe account and navigate to the "Activity" tab. This new experience will make it easier to understand your activity and navigate to the information that’s most important to you.

Enhanced Bank Search Functionality

We’re happy to share Pipe’s bank search functionality has been upgraded to be easier and more intuitive!
Customers can now search all available bank integrations in one place before being redirected to Plaid or Teller to complete the process.
Previously, bank search within pipe.com only showed Teller banks our vendors can link. If they didn't find their bank, they had to navigate directly to Plaid and search again, leading to a poor user experience.
Additionally, this update moved all bank sources to the backend, allowing for feature flags to set a preference for aggregator platforms when one platform supports a bank better.

Updated look and feel for Pipe Platform

The Pipe platform has undergone a redesign–now with a light theme and more user-friendly navigation. This was done to reflect our recent brand refresh and to improve visual performance and navigation, based on feedback from our users.
What’s new?
We've updated our default theme: Our new theme is light mode, making it easier to use. P.S. We're aiming to provide a dark theme again in the future.
Our navigation has become simpler: We've changed our menus and made it faster to find what you need, so you can intuitively navigate the Pipe platform.

Improved data disconnection communication and handling

Pipe has shipped a comprehensive update aimed at improving the experience for customers with changes to their data through automated detection and triage.
The new system now automatically detects risk triggers and data connection issues, and alerts the Ratings Team for prompt triage. This provides better communication and a more streamlined path for customers to get back to an active state through clear calls-to-action to mitigate the issue.
These changes have improved the user experience through automated handling of data changes and clearer communication to the impacted customer.

Automated Payoff Letter

It’s now easier and more streamlined to generate and track payoff letters for customers. Now with automated sending of payoff letters and tracking in the Pipe platform, customers can see information about the generated letter's time, status, payoff amount, and balance status.
This new feature also links to the specific payoff letter page inside DocuSign's dashboard, providing easy access to additional information and actions. The goal is to provide a faster and easier way for customers to pay off their outstanding balances and improve their ability to self-serve.
