Understanding Your Pending QuickPay Request
We've received your request for capital, and your funds will be sent as soon as your QuickPay Account* is active.
1. Verification process
Once you switch your account with your revenue manager to the QuickPay Account, they will typically send you an email with their expected date of verification. This verification process can range from a few minutes to a few days depending on your revenue manager.
The moment the first amount of revenue reaches your QuickPay Account, Pipe is able to confirm your setup is complete and your funds can now be sent.
2. Funds transfer
Once your QuickPay Account is verified, the requested funds will promptly be sent to your designated Advance Payout Account. You’ll be notified via email once this happens.
Why the waiting period?
We understand the anticipation when waiting for funds, but because the change occurs within your revenue manager, and not Pipe, we’re unable to confirm your QuickPay Account has been set up until your revenue hits the account.
We rely on the efficiency and effectiveness of your revenue manager to process your account change request. While we monitor the progress closely, the exact time it takes is beyond our direct control. We appreciate your patience during this time and assure you that we're doing everything on our end to expedite the process.
Remember, this waiting period is a one-time process. Once set up, future transactions will be more instantaneous, allowing you to focus on what matters most: growing your business.
